House and Beach House Signs
This is one of our standard cast/molded sign blanks named The Carolina. We attached the logo, letters, and the fisherman in his boat after cutting them out with our new large laser machine. To do all that by cutting out the components and then masking and sandblasting them would have taken a long time and cost far more money. Better quality, faster AND available at a lower price means it's a win-win for our customers.
The Sandbox is a beach house sign made from HDU, sandblasted through a piano wire to create a wood grain effect with the allowance of the raised lettering "SandBox" which I created on our laser. The sandbox is only about a quarter of an inch thick, yet it appears much deeper. I was very pleased with this sign!
Laser-Cut Door/Wall Decor
These 24" ornaments with last name initial were created using the laser and acrylic. We currently sell these on Amazon and Etsy, although they may be ordered directly through this site, as well. To customize your design, just call and tell us what you're looking for. We have the full alphabet in this font which I have modified to our designs so these letters are totally ours. We also have well over 10,000 fonts and can certainly find something to suit your mood or decor. These are manufactured in Baltic Ply, Acrylic, or PVC depending on how you want it to look and where you want to put it. Wooden decor can be painted or stained in relatively any color and all are available in many different sizes. We even make Christmas ornaments!
Paws on the Beach
This sign was sandblasted HDU. Experimenting with the laser, I was able to engrave the paw prints into the beach so that they get deeper and deeper the closer they get to the dogs.
You might have guessed that these customers have three adorable English Bulldogs. If we had simply sandblasted this sign, it would have had two levels. Because we created part of it using the laser, it has six. It really gives the final product more depth.
Three Maples Cottage
We know this lovely cottage very well and have many fond memories associated with it, so I wanted to do something a little special. The scene is accurate to the location, with a little artistic license, relating to many components of the Cottage and its geographic features. There is a stream that runs behind the cottage and another out front. The cottage has a garage to the right with the well next to one of the three maple trees. There are hills and mountains making it the perfect place to relax and find yourself again. I wanted to capture that feeling. The bit that runs between the garage and the cottage is a roofed-over fireplace and chimney that is both open and sheltered, very cleverly done. The chairs and maple trees are individually cut and affixed to the applique that has several layers created by the laser.
